Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how Three Fifteen (“I,” “me,” or “the practice”) collects, uses, and protects personal information submitted through threefifteen.ca.
1. Information I collect
Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, a short description of your project focus, and your message. This information is delivered to my email inbox and stored there under standard email retention.
Analytics. The site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic patterns and real-world performance. These services are privacy-first: they do not use cookies, do not track you across sites, and do not build a profile of you as an individual. No personally identifying information is collected.
Server logs. My hosting provider (Vercel) logs standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp — for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used for profiling.
2. How I use your information
Contact form information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if we proceed to an engagement, to communicate about your project. Analytics and server log data are used to maintain and improve the site.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. I do not use your information to train machine models or any similar service. I do not add you to a mailing list.
3. Cookies
This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling. No cookie banner is required because no tracking cookies are set. If a functional cookie is ever introduced (for example, to remember a session in a future feature), this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism added.
4. Third-party services
The site is hosted on Vercel(vercel.com), which processes requests and may briefly retain related metadata. Analytics are provided by Vercel’s first-party Analytics and Speed Insights services. Contact form email is delivered via a transactional email provider. These providers have their own privacy policies that govern their handling of data transiting their systems.
5. Data retention
Contact form emails are retained in my inbox for as long as needed to respond to and act on the enquiry, and for a reasonable business-records period after. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@threefifteen.ca.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information I hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@threefifteen.ca with your request. I will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. I take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, but no system is perfectly secure.
8. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect any change. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
