A local AI consultant for small businesses in Vancouver and across BC
Three Fifteen helps owner-led businesses in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland use AI in practical ways: answering calls, cutting admin, speeding up quotes and reporting, and getting staff comfortable with the tools.
Why a local consultant helps
AI advice is easy to find online. Advice that fits a 20-person contractor in Surrey or a busy clinic in Kitsilano is harder.
Working locally means I can sit with your team, see how work actually happens, and train people in person. It also means familiarity with the BC context, including provincial privacy obligations for customer information, and the realities of running a business in the Lower Mainland.

Common questions
Can we meet in person?
Yes. For businesses in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, the first working session and any staff training can be held at your location. Day-to-day work is usually handled by phone, video, and email.
Do you work with businesses outside BC?
Yes. Most of the work can be done remotely, so I take on engagements across Canada.
Is AI consulting worth it for a small business?
Often, yes, when it’s focused. A small business usually has a few repetitive tasks that use up a surprising amount of time. Fixing one or two of them well tends to pay back far more than a broad AI program.
